Photographing myself in one of the two new corsets my friend gave me for Christmas!  The other is purple and black silk brocade. This was just a practice lace-up where she showed me how to corset myself down to a tiny, tiny waist.  Shall definitely be using these in photo shoots this year!

Another self-portrait snapshot from my Paris in Sepia photo shoot.  Began this shoot wearing the red stockings with bows but decided against them.

Apollonia Kotero.  Wearing lingerie as an outfit and 80’s hair.  I love it!

Apollonia 6.  We can’t forget Vanity’s replacement, Apollonia!  Beautiful Latina, while Vanity was the daughter of a white German mother and black father.  Glad they kept the fabulous garter stockings look of the group, but I prefer Vanity’s voice.

Vanity 6.  Vanity designed many of her own outfits for stage and events.  I loved the garter stockings look of the group!  She left the group right before Purple Rain came out, and Prince replaced her with Apollonia.  The group became Apollonia 6.

Vanity!  The most beautiful woman of the 80’s!  After being addicted to crack cocaine for years, she ended up in the hospital from drug use in 1994.  She went temporarily blind and had a kidney transplant in 1997.  She then gave up her Vanity persona and gave her life to Christ and became a preacher!  Remarkable woman!  And now at age 53 she still looks fabulous and beautiful and gives all glory to God, even though she has to undergo kidney dialysis 5 times per day just to stay alive. Praise Jah!
